Norfolk is the seat of the Atlantic fleet, sometimes called “The Navy’s Capitol”. Participants will visit nearby Colonial Williamsburg featuring Busch Gardens Theme Park or beautiful Virginia Beach. All festival performances will take place at the world class Chrysler Hall. The Azalea Festival 54th Annual “Parade of Nations” will step off on Saturday morning featuring 19 NATO nations.
