proposal and sample itinerary that we will send you.

We then encourage you to
call us to discuss the proposal, including how to customize the
package to fit your group's objectives. |

BOOK YOUR DATES:
Call
us toll-free at 800-237-4797
to book your dates. We
will then reserve the dates with no obligation. You are free
to cancel at any time prior to sending the first deposit.
You should also schedule a student/parent meeting.
Upon booking your dates, we will send out a confirmation
package, which will include promotional materials for your
student/parent meeting. These
materials will include posters for the classroom, flyers for the
students and a video for your meeting.
5.
HOLD MEETING & COLLECT DEPOSITS:
At
the meeting, call for first deposits to be submitted by a date
not more than two weeks after the meeting and send them off to
Main Event.
Generally, the first deposits can be $75 to $100 per
person, depending on the overall tour fare. |
